I have always wanted to film the famous Hurley Gap in Pemberton. Last year we set out to hit it twice but we were beaten by the Stepchild crew twice in a row. On the second time (which happened to be at 5:30 in the morning) when I asked the rhetorical question, “when are we gonna get to hit this thing”. I was answered by JP Walker, “2010 son… uhhhh”. Yesterday on December 23rd… 2009, with the help of Rusty Ockenden, we proved JP wrong! No, I don’t think JP actually cares and yes, it was really early for Rusty to be hitting such a big jump.
