Sandbox is honoured to announce the addition of Devun Walsh to their snow team.
Widely regarded as one of the most influential riders of all time with video parts spanning three decades, Devun needs no introduction. He is the gold standard of style and class and just recently, was the first Canadian to be granted Transworld’s coveted Legend Award. We are truly humbled to have Devun representing not only our helmets, but our goggles as well. As a Canadian pro living between North Vancouver and Whistler, the Sandbox HQ stomping grounds (pun intended), we think the addition of Devun Walsh is a perfect fit on our team.
"When I made the decision to start wearing a helmet full time, Sandbox was the only brand I wanted to wear." —Devun Walsh
You’ll often hear narratives about a floaty switch back 180 transcending any kind of quad cork acrobatics. Devun’s clean and classic style is largely attributed to this statement and one we feel undoubtedly aligns with our brand. We’re not a quad cork. We’re a solid back one.
"I couldn’t be more stoked to have Devun reppin’ Sandbox helmets and goggles. Dev’s a long time friend who I’ve looked up to since the first day I saw him ride. We were both very fortunate to grow up riding the North Shore mountains with Whistler only a stones throw away, it was the ultimate snowboard playground for us growing up. Dev’s riding is so solid yet he makes everything look effortless. We all tried to copy his style but could never pull it off. Welcome to the Sandbox family Dev!" —Kevin Sansalone

Winter 2017 is in full swing, but we're already showcasing our 2018 line of helmets, goggles, and softgoods at retailer trade shows around the world. We've been developing this product for the last 12 months and we're stoked we finally get to share it with you. Here's a sneak peek of a few awesome things we have in store for 2018.
We're really hyped on our brand new goggle for 2018: The Kingpin. The Kingpin offers superior vision and comfort with a medium sized cylindrical lens on a sleek, frameless design. It features a helmet compatible fit, triple layer face foam, perimeter frame and lens venting, Italian-made dual layer high impact scratch resistant lens, 100% UV protection, embedded anti-fog, interchangeable lens design and a silicon grip strap. Also debuting with The Kingpin is our all-new Polarized Shift lens. The photochromic technology automatically adjusts to any lighting conditions Mother Nature throws at you and polarization reduces glare. You'll never have to change your lens again. The Kingpin is available in 3 colourways pictured below.

Geoff Brown and his crew of snow gurus ventured out into the mountains in search of deep snow and good times. They headed to zones where cell phones lose service and instead are simply high-priced cameras.
