Should you have issues with the fit of your Sandbox product, you may exchange or refund it provided the product is unused and in it's original condition. Please send the product back to us with all accessories, packaging, etc.
Return shipping and re-shipping of a new item (if applicable) is at the expense of the customer. We will not accept products that are returned COD.
We encourage you to read our Fit Guide and all product details closely before ordering.
We will notify you when we receive your returned item and advise when the replacement item is shipped (if applicable).
Please include a copy your Name, Order Number and RA# (to be provided by Sandbox) in the box.
Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the return tracking number, once your return is shipped back to us.
Customers wishing to return an item that is part of a promotional deal must note that if the terms of the discount code have no longer been met, the refund amount of the returned item may be adjusted.
Sandbox products are warranteed with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer against manufacturer’s defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. If Sandbox products are proven defective, Sandbox will offer to replace the product at retail market value.
